How To Meditate Part 11

Part eleven is the final video in the series on meditation and meditational practices.

In this video we learn of how a consciousness, that has not fulfilled its purpose of increasing knowledge and understanding, is unable to return to the source after the death of its earthly body.

The unfulfilled consciousness then stays as a lower astral being in its own creation of heaven and hell.

However, upon realization of the self you can live in a state of bliss even after death.

The consciousness can then return to the source after achieving fulfillment.

With the understanding that the consciousness is a combination of energy and knowledge, the pursuit of higher knowledge and understanding can then evolve the consciousness into a higher being.

A higher being able to manifest ones speech and thoughts.

A miraculous being able to evolve creations out of ones actions.

An enlightened being.

Meditation can be a powerful tool for relaxation, releasing emotional blockages and inner discovery. Allowing cosmic energy to flow through you.
